Instant or reusable ice packs for relief of swelling and fever.

The reusable hot/cold pack can be heated in the microwave to be a ” heat” pack or left in the freezer as a “Cold Pack”

The Instant cold packs contain a small gel pack that you need to break. This mixes the two liquids and creates the pack, “COLD” for approximately 12-14 minutes for small and 20-30 minutes for large.

Our Instant ice packs feature a stronger gel pack, which makes them last longer in your kit, rather than being accidentally activated.

  • Single or reusable options
  • Just squeeze the internal bladder and shake.
  • Use for relief of swelling and fever.
