inReach Annual Plan
The Annual Prepay data plan has a set data limit of 10,000 bytes of data per year but can be used at any time throughout the year without the need to notify TrackMe NZ. SOS is always active. It is connected to the New Zealand Rescue Co-Ordination Centre, RCCNZ, as well as the 24/7 TrackMe Response Centre even when hibernated. This connection does not count towards the data allocation in your Byte Calculator.
Which inReach plan do you need?
If you use your inReach infrequently (only a few times a month throughout the year) or only in an emergency, then PrePay On Demand is for you.
If you need your inReach for just a couple of months at a time, one of our byte-based plans may be your best option. This allows you to suspend and connect your plan as and when you need it.

Overage messages are charged at $1.00 per message in the month following their use. Message totals apply to all incoming and outgoing messages sent via the Iridium satellite system. Wi-Fi, Mobile text and app-app messages not using the satellite messaging system do not count towards the monthly allocation.
