Here at KT Services, we do our very best to get your orders out within 24 hours.

Our courier pick-up is around mid-day, so any orders after this time may not go till the next pickup.
We are currently using NZ POST, as they seem to be the most reliable carrier, not the cheapest but we do want your order to arrive safely and in one piece. Once your parcel is collected, please allow two to four days for delivery, but more often than not it’s overnight to the main centres.

As of September 2023, prices may change without notice but are reflected on checkout.

• South Island $12
• Rural Address $5.50 (this is imposed by NZ Post and out of our control)

Freight is automatically calculated based on your postcode; if you think the price is incorrect, you can place your order as “Direct Credit” and contact us to check, and we can adjust it first.
