At KT Services, we prioritize your orders, striving to dispatch them within 24 hours of receipt. Your business is important to us, and we are committed to serving you promptly.

Our courier pick-up is around mid-day, so any orders after this time may go to the next pickup.
For your information,
We use Courier it as our shipping agent, and we have partnered with NZ POST and ARAMAX as a second option, prioritising your order’s safe and intact delivery. Once your parcel is collected, you can expect it to arrive within two to four days, with overnight delivery to the main centre being the norm.

Freight Costs:

As of September 2023, prices may change without notice but are reflected on checkout.

• NZ wide “normal” shipping $7.50
• Rural Address $13.50  (this is imposed by NZ Post and out of our control if your address is Rural and you do not choose this option; we reserve the right to charge the extra before shipping)
• Free Shipping if your order is over $150 before discounts.
• Local pickup for those in Auckland $3 (we are a home-based company, so address and details will be set once the order is packed; orders are usually done between 0900 – 1030; if you place your order after this time, it will likely not be ready til the next work day)

If you think the price is incorrect, you can place your order as “Direct Credit” and contact us to check, and we can adjust it first.
