Hire for a trip or short job. Buy when you head out often enough that owning is simpler. Same idea for radios, satellite phones and PLBs on the hire page.

What to tell us

Dates and where you’re going. For satellite phones we may need to adjust the account based on location and use.

Lead time and returns

Allow 2–3 working days for courier delivery; North Auckland pickup is sometimes possible. We charge outbound courier; return courier is at your cost. Tell us if dates change so we can adjust the rental period.

A $25 admin fee per device applies if you cancel (and may still apply on a later re-book). Full detail stays on the hire page.
