Instant or reusable ice packs for relief of swelling and fever.
The reusable hot/cold pack can be heated in the microwave to be a ” heat” pack or left in the freezer as a “Cold Pack”
The Instant cold packs have a small gel pack inside them that you need to break, this mixes the two liquids and makes the pack, “COLD” for approx 12-14 minutes for small and 20- 30 for large.
Our Instant ice packs have a stronger gel pack in them, which makes them last longer in your kit, rather than being activated accidentally.
- Single or reusable options
- Just squeeze the internal bladder and shake.
- Use for relief of swelling and fever.

Order got to me super quickly and was all well packaged. I got 2 of these to add to my daughters karate bag as she has a full contact fight coming up. We were intrigued so used one already. It’s no replacement for reusable ice packs as it doesn’t get as cold, but it will be great to keep down swelling so I will be reordering.
Ordered Instance Ice packs – Originally ordered based on price point being best I could find BUT service, communication and delivery was amazing. Will be ordering again!
