Katadyn Micropur Classic MC 1T (Tablets) is based on the bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties of silver.

Simple conservation of tap water. Deactivates bacteria after two hours of contact.

Micropur Classic is ideal for home usage, vacations and travelling, for water tanks and containers, and it is perfect for emergency kits.

The two-hour exposure is slower, as it is chlorine-free and therefore requires more time to work. Keeps water free from germs, algae and odours, and can be used wherever drinking water remains in a system for a long time. Can be used in plastic or glass. Check metals before use.

The effect of Katadyn Micropur Classic MC IT (tablets) is based on the bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties of silver. Unlike chlorine, which is only effective for a few hours in water, silver ions will preserve water for up to 6 months. The silver ions cling to the cell walls of microorganisms thus hindering their growth. For clear, not cloudy water, as suspended matter will weaken the effect of silver ions.
