VHF / UHF

VHF (Very High Frequency) radio is the primary means of communication on the water, allowing immediate communication between your boat and other parties.
UHF (Ultra High Frequency) have a reduced range but a wider frequency spectrum, allowing excellent coverage with little interference from other users.
